An experiment was conducted at Horticulture Farm, Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural
University, Dhaka during the period from June to August 2010 to study the
effect of GA
on growth and flowering of gladiolus. The experiment comprised
with two factors viz. Factor A: two varieties, white gladiolus and yellow
gladiolus and Factor B: five concentration of GA

application viz. 0, 50, 100,
150 and 200 ppm respectively. The experiment was laid out in Randomized
Complete Block Design
