The experiment was conducted at the Agronomy research farm of Sher-e-Bangla
Agricultural University, Dhaka during the period from mid-March to June, 2019 to
study the effect of different combinations of organic and inorganic fertilizers with
different plant on yield of mungbean (BARI mung 5) using split plot design with three
replications by assigning spacing in the main plot and fertilizer in the sub plot. The
experiment comprised of two factors; Factor A: 3 level of spacing; S
1
- 20 cm × 10 cm,
S
2
- 30 cm × 10 cm
(recommended) and S
3
- 45 cm × 15 cm; Factor B: 6 level of
fertilizers; F

compared for different treatments. Among the three spacing, S

seed yield (1022.8 kg ha

(834.4 kg ha

). Cowdung had a
significant effect on the growth and yield attributes of mungbean. The highest number

obtained by applying cowdung @ 2.5 t ha

while minimum (930.0 kg h
